Recruiters Junction is not responsible or liable for any disputes, damages, hardships, wrong doings, or negligence between any members in RJ. Recruiters Junction is a platform for recruiting splits and is designed to be an informative site. Disputes must be settled between parties.

Negative feedback & consequences
|
Negative feedback should be resorted to only as a last measure at Recruiters Junction. In the event of leaving a negative feedback, both parties have to email the reason for such an action to Recruiters Junction within one week of leaving the feedback. Recruiters Junction may on evaluation, permanently remove one or both parties’ membership.

The accuracy of your data that gets shared is your responsibility. |
You are responsible for both the extent to which your data is disseminated through the Recruiters Junction and the accuracy of your data. Even if Recruitment Junction performs clerical tasks such as data-entry, mass mailings, enhancements, and/or revisions to your data, you are ultimately responsibility for the accuracy and degree of distribution of your data. You acknowledge that Recruiters Junction processes such a large volume of data that it will unintentionally make clerical mistakes relative to your data, and you will hold Recruiters Junction harmless from all losses related to such errors.

Recruiters Junction’s hardware and software systems may fail at times

Should Recruiters Junction’s products or services prove defective, damaged, corrupt, or unusable, we will endeavor, without obligation, to assist you in recovery, extraction, correction, and/or repair. However, all of Recruiters Junction’s products and services are provided to you "as is" and "as available" with all defects and without any express or implied warranties of any kind. You acknowledge that from time-to-time you and others may experience losses from failures; delays; interruptions; unavailability; corruption; degradation; defects; downtime; security breaches; computer viruses; damaged computer hardware; damaged, corrupt, or lost data; defective, damaged, or corrupt software programs; and, your use or inability to use Recruiters Junctions’ products and services. You assume the risk of all such losses regardless of the nature of the loss and will hold Top Echelon harmless from any such loss.

Termination of Membership
|
You may terminate your membership at any time for any reason by sending a email to us. We may terminate your membership without notice, at any time, and for any reason or no reason at all. If your membership is terminated, you will not be entitled to any refunds including membership fee.
