How to use

Register for membership. After going through your application, RJ management will send you a confirmation of accepting your application. After that you can Post Jobs, Submit Candidate resume for jobs & monitor the progress of all your ongoing assignments in your member home page.

Only Registered members can post jobs & submit resume after signing in
|
Job Posting: After registering for membership, from your home page you may Create Job postings, preview it & post it. The Posted Jobs will become active immediately for other members to view. There is no limitation on Job posting currently.

Submitting Resume: Members can go through the Job postings and submit apt resume against the vacancy.

Progress: Recruiters Junction provides you a simple tool to monitor and update the status of all your Jobs & Candidates. Members are suggested keep the information updated so that their partner will know the current status of the resume. The entire life cycle of the recruitment, from candidate submission to payment split between members can be managed through the status tool.

Feedback: After a transaction is complete, members may leave feedbacks about each other through the feedback option in their home page. Each positive feedback earns you 10 points & for each negative feedback, you lose 5 points. The feedback score will become a very important factor for other members to do business with you. So try to make as much points as possible.
